The recent District practice at Lymington was well attended and, in my view, very successful. Call changes were interspersed with methods so that everyone could ring several times and some of the junior ringers enjoyed the challenge of ringing the tenor – 20cwt. The special method was Middlesex Bob Triples, a method completely new to most of us. We rang it several times and even managed a touch, successfully, before the end of the practice. Thank you to Colin for running a beneficial and enjoyable practice.
The special method for the April 1st practice at Lymington , 6 to 8pm, will be Middlesex Triples.
Please give me a request for the special method for May.

The band at the Town Church Guernsey is on a roll at the moment….
We’ve just rung a quarter of St Peter Port Triples (Middlesex with places in 3/4) for the Institution and Induction of Fr Matthew as Rector of the Town Church. This follows recent firsts of Single Canterbury Pleasure Bob Minor, Reverse St Simons, Reverse St Nicholas and Orpheus Doubles and Middlesex Bob Triples.
Duncan’s focus for practice nights for the coming 3 months look just as exciting. Can’t wait!
