A peal is about 3 hours of unbroken ringing. It may be rung to celebrate some important event or simply because people enjoy ringing so much!

What’s a Quarter Peal

A quarter of a peal…. because it is finished in around 45 minutes, we find it easier to organise and to succeed – Quarter Peal ringing is very popular….
