We are needing volunteers to:

  • Make Cakes for both service days (costs can be reimbursed)
  • Assist with setting up at the halls (before the services), serving cakes, tea and coffee to ringers and invited dignitaries after the services, clearing up the refreshment area. Ideally we need a ‘Team Leader’ in the Refreshment Hall to take responsibility on the day
  • Be around before and after the services to chat with the invited guests
  • Help at the modest exhibition
  • Help erect and dismantle The Chamborough Ring at Winchester – ADULTS only – and the suggestion is ‘Able bodied and fairly strong’.

Throughout both events, Vice-Master Pete Jordan will be available to support all volunteers with any ‘challenges’ along the way.

Please ask us if you’d like more details of what we need before committing.Your support will be very much valued.

Please let me know at wphonsec@gmail.com as soon as possible.
