   1. Hi Valerie, I have checked the link and it does downlaod the certificate PDF. What device are you using?

      1. Don’t worry, it was just me being dim. I expected the certificate to be immediately visible once I’d clicked on the link and forgot to check the download file. I’ve got it now. Thanks, Valerie

2. If you click on the certificate where it reads in blue you can download it
