At this practice we will try out our new found skills at learning new methods by consolidating progress so far by attempting variations taken from a choice of Reverse Canterbury, Plain Bob, Grandsire, St Simons, St Martins and Winchendon Place. The variations will be bobs and singles we know from ringing other methods – eg a wallflower single is a plain lead of All Saints. We will only be ringing known methods and known bobs/singles (so nothing extreme etc) but note that Reverse St Bartholomew plain course is Grandsire singles and bobs are plain bob.
The variations are set out in the charts which everyone should have – please let me know if you need copies.
Touches of Stedman could bring some light relief to the proceedings!
Please confirm you are intending to come so I can ensure we have a viable practice.
Looking forward to seeing you there
